What you will enjoy doing

• As a CES Installation specialist, you will be fully accountable for the technical aspects of the project, including procurement, construction/erection, commissioning, start-up, and handover of the installation

• Your role will also involve developing and implementing project strategies and execution plans

• Preparing installation quotations, and traveling to customers to discuss their needs and installation requirements will be part of your working routine

• You will need to coordinate and maintain communication with all relevant government authorities during the project execution phase to obtain necessary approvals for construction, erection, and start-up following Romanian legislation

• Daily duties will also include responding to government inspection requests for all installations, scheduling inspection staff, and notifying regional authorities upon completion of inspection

• Along with this, you will lead, coordinate, and conduct all SHEQ activities during the execution phase

• As a leader of the project team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, schedule, and quality

What makes you great

• You own a Technician or Engineering degree in the field of mechanical engineering or a similar field

• The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in people and project coordination within the cryogenic gas systems and cryogenic storage tanks or industrial gases industry

• You must also possess a willingness to travel

• You have good communication skills in English - both written and spoken

• Additionally, you possess a strong knowledge and understanding of project management procedures; highly advantageous if you have a Project Management certificate or if you have completed a project management training/course

• Other essential skills include strong negotiation and leadership abilities, intrinsic motivation to learn quickly, social competence, and conflict management skills
